did a double check with every add-on disabled apart from this one and I can confirm it is not conflicts, the model still does not appear. If it helps, I am using the x64 branch of GMod.

I hate to say this but it does not appear to show up as a playermodel still (At least for me). It shows up just fine as a ragdoll (both variants), and the original upload of the add-on worked for me before it was removed. No console errors either.
