I took a look at those errors, they appear to be the game failing to allocate IDs for the ID-less missiles. ID is what the game uses to identify a block and note it's attributes (color, features, etc) and missiles don't need an ID if they're defined within the block launching them. Sometimes the game can incorrectly give IDs to missiles that don't have any, and then complain that said missiles are in conflict with other blocks with the same ID (in this case, other missiles which the game gave IDs)
The game then steps back after the error, says "Wait I fucked up" and nothing happens

The errors are harmless

I have not attempted to run this,yet. Looks interesting. But the types of errors reported will mar this mod's content if I do run it...
