That sounds good, i think about it. - I work on a Detective item ( Handcuffs ) wich work on the same way. Only with the special, you can take it on and off a player. So it would also negate the Traitor's Myatrophie hit.
Perhaps make a Detective item that can reverse the effects ? Or at least make it for a set amount of time they can't take out any weapons.
