Hello! I was wondering if it would be possible to reduce the influence cost of making a habitat and maybe increasing the habitabilty? In my experience, I naturally use habitats as an alternative to terraforming, but I can literally colonize 5+ 20% habitable planets in the time it takes to make/colonize 1 habitat. I'm not looking for anything super powerful, but with the current game's cost of 200 influence (on top of all the other resource/time investments) it makes expansion incredibly slow and unrewarding.

I'll probably be doing a playthrough or two of Stellaris after the update and think about what I want to do for an update. If anyone has some suggestions with the habitat changes Id be glad to hear them as I do.

it still pops up the little triangle flag saying it's for a different version of the game. that kept me from trying it for a week or so.

Yes, I recommend a mod like Dynamic UI Overhaul. There's a few other UI mods as well that'll let you have more than default districts as well.

Do you have any suggestions for making the new districts more viewable? Right now they're getting cut off by the edge of the display.
