The pod is a bit... Iffy. Gotta detach it at one terminal, then pilot it via another.
Guns are used on it via periscope entirely apart from those...
And if it runs out of power after getting knocked out of working order, there's seemingly no way to recharge and get it back to the submarine.

If I could drag it back by hand or it could attach to the submarine's bottom such that just lowering the sub to it was viable, that'd be nice... But I think it'd be easiest to just make the battery compartment or whatever accessible and capable of being recharged/refueled by hand, in such scenarios.

Wish I could read some of the panels in-game.

I think you mixed up "shuttle" and "Carrier" - the small ship is the shuttle, the big one is the carrier, but the images say it the other way around

The button above the navigation instrument, "电磁线圈" turns off.

how do i turn off the automatic discharge coil? becomes an issue when you have a friendly mudraptor onboard.

Well designed ship. Armory and Reactor overlap with Station/Abandoned Outpost is problematic.
