hey man the ballast is kinda broken. I cant pump in without diving deep and i cant pump out at all below 1200 in the rear and 1400 in the front

i added 2 SAM's to the starboard side of the conning tower and 2 homing torps to both sides of the hull with a rail to prevent it from hugging the sub and exploding it, and i added the new hydrophone that you uploaded to the WS :)

After running the boat for ~an hour or more, the engines periodically drop to 4rps and stay there? Not sure if stormworks glitch or if I'm missing something.

Okay thank you, I noticed the desiel switch but I never messed with it lol idk why I didn't when it was the only button I hand't pressed lol. I'm not a super big submarine buff so idk too much about them so thank you for the help, This is one of the coolest submarines I've found on the workshop btw, all the little details and stylistic parts are sick.

youre not supposed to run the diesels underwater. Diesel-electric submarines only use them when surfaced/snorkelling to recharge their batteries, to go under electric power when truly submerged. the fact that you can use them underwater to a point is a bug in the game

I don't know if I'm missing something but can this thing stay underwater at all? Whenever its submerged for more than a minute it starts with this really terrible clinking noise and I'm assuming it cause the engine is choking because of a lack of oxygen. I hooked up the snorkel and everything but that only gives it like an extra foot or too to go underwater. I'm just wondering if I'm mis-reading the noise or if this was never really made to be submerged

Very nice realistic handling boat. Only major issue I've run into is getting locked in the trunk when the water doesnt completely fill or drain.
