How is it going with them being "free of charge, free of effects, just decorations"? Did those plans were scrapped?

Because I would love to include them into Husák series of mods and decorations, though I cannot (no way of bulding them in realistic mode). For decoration purposes, they should not provide loyalty or anything, just free buildings :)

Eventually I plan re-releasing this as pack of free objects without maintenance needed.

Good idea, I've added a second variant without the ped. connection. Could you, please, confirm, that it updated correctly?

Could you remove the pedestrian connection at the park bench?
As this completely obscures the bench & it takes a very long time to place e.g. 2 benches exactly opposite each other in a small space.

I love them! My only problem with these is that you can never see them since the arrows and placement symbols get in the way

Nice! They feel too tiny to me but I left them as they are, now I'm glad I did so.

Now I finally have park benches in the right scale
