i never realised that either, just saw the original texture pack by snaxa and wanted to make it look a little more like vanilla

@Terraman you know what? that actually would work, with how the vortex tower has lumps and the stardust one has tentacles

I think if you swap the color pallets of the green plant & the blue plant, they will look a lot more like the pillars.

@Creeper Sune defnitely rate the original as well, I couldn't have made this, or even thought of this if it wasn't for Snaxa

I kind of agree. The other guy's is too cartoony and doesn't really fit the terraria style. Its hard to get right. So a recolor does that pretty well.

well you see, I made this just because the original didn't fit into terraria, and uploaded it just for people that have the same opinion as I do. I never asked anyone to do anything, so it's all just a random thing I'm not responsible for. I'm not forcing you to install this texture pack either, nor am I forcing you to argue with me here. and really, are steam points much of a "reward"? I don't even care about them, and being featured isn't a reward neither, as people will still only download the texture packs they like

look im not mad because you "rigged" it to be featured. im mad because Snaxa at least put in the effort to change the sprite at least slightly. now it's not perfect but it's better than a goddamn recolor. the fact of the matter is that you basically just copy pasted a better mod and put in less effort and got rewarded for it

yes I know I took the vanilla sprite and recoloured it, and I explained why I did this already, you have problems with that? and the fact that it was featured is not my problem, I didn't rig it to be there.

copying someone else's mod and putting in 0 effort into it too. this is super scummy. you didn't even change the cover. it didn't deserve to be featured at all since snaxa actually tried to do sprite work. all you did was take the original sprite and recolor it.

Literally taking Snaxa's mod and barely touching it and uploading it, is still plagiarism, regardless if you announce that you stole it and say the og's name. Like thousands of others do in the workshop. Not even trying to make their cover icon and description.
