Pretty solid all-class in my opinion.

This feels like it was made specifically to be unusual bait. That lightbulb would fit very well with with most of the glowy-light-hovering-over-head unusual effects.

Overall I'm not sold right now. Not sure what I'd pair this with. Perhaps if you showed how it fits into loadouts?
