Another classic. I see Cateinum, I hit subscribe, honestly.

Might I suggest another building that has many variations across manhattan and would be excellent filler: 553 5th avenue (best check it on Google Earth). It has a barnes & nobles on the ground floor. A true masterpiece. There are far too few of this style (and the iconic apartment buildings around central park) of buildings available. The few that are avalalbe become repetetive very fast when filling a whole city with them. So this is a welcome addition.

A much needed style of buildings! There's not enough art-deco buildings with the iconic setbacks on the workshop. :roman_temple: Can't wait for more.
