4. 1 turn recruitment

5. -50% upkeeps

6- No unit cap

Please don't forget to add a moral buff to Shia Mosque or Dargah.

and what do you do to boost the religion? my only iranian region to have zoroastrians is yazd but idk how to support them?

My approach is to look for a country in the Iranian region with few provinces that will have a high probability of having more than 10% of the population practicing Zoroastrianism
