I'm gonna update this pack with water as a sub-mesh later this month. That should solve this problem.
It looks like those numbers fight between themselves in some way. This pack contains PB_pool_water.crp so you should not place water manually.
Rony's pack includes "945224748.R69 Pool Water_Data", not "945224748.PB Pool Water_Data".
Your Patreon pools work perfectly with the water surface appearing correctly.

Water textures are the same as ronyx's textures . LSM probably remind this fact. That is not an error since this pack has its own water prop so you dont need to subscribe ronyx's pack.
Name probably changed by the asset author."

@mpinkowski That will be probably some sort of shared textures. That is not an error.
@Lexis Candy Shop It is a prop that is needed for each pool to create fake water.
You have Workshop item 945224748 but it does not contain PB Pool Water.
Would be nice if you add bigger water decals to cover the whole pool. When you manually place the smaller decals there are visible seams that could be avoided that way.
