there is a handy software named wavosaur you could use to bitcrush the looping sounds a lot more faster.

Ehhhhhhh, im not really a fan of the default AR2 sound to begin with, besides using the M4 sound is fine.

also you arent sneaky, i know you sent that before and deleted it to ask me again after enough time passed.

You could just compress the AR2 sound so it sounds like something from HL1

There is no AR2 equivalent in HL1, so using the HD sound which belongs to the M4 works, it was either that or the SD MP5 sound downpitched

HD shotgun sounds like shit from some cringy edgy animation from newgrounds. Not my personal taste

Ugly, dont fit artistically, sounds are actually the SD sounds but heavily edited and hurts my ears, literally the shotgun is crunched by 200%

I hate HDs sound effects so no, unless you mean uncompressed HL1 SD sounds which some have been found, the problem is that a majority of them havent been sourced yet.

Yes, kinda a classic offshoot of that, also there is no way to add more crowbar sounds as there's only a single hit sound
