are you able to pass me the RPT for this mission?
it's the top one on the table here:
https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/Crash_Files
DRO depends heavily on all players being present when the mission is first generated, or if JIP, after the players have inserted into the AO (you can also join during the team planning area, but this can be wonky sometimes).
have you tried resetting the DRO options to default before customizing and generating the mission? are you using any other mods that might affect insertion like picking a helicopter insert from a faction that doesn't use helicopters in the their faction config?
if you're talking about the objective, you must destroy the mortars with explosives. you can also do so with gunfire however that takes a while. the condition for objective completion is when the mortar object receives 100% damage.
if you are using ACE Medical then disable DRO Revive. if you are using ACE Advanced Fatigue, enable stamina. if you haven't altered any settings from their default value, try resetting your DRO settings to default from the lobby menu and verify that "Revive" is disabled and "Stamina" is enabled. the mission parameter available from the lobby should also be enabled for Stamina.
then reset your DRO settings to default from the lobby menu and verify that "Revive" is disabled when ACE Medical is loaded.
DRO's Sunday Revive is disabled by default when ACE Medical is loaded
the DRO ACE versions have numerous rewritten scripts that specifically require ACE, however it is possible to strip or rewrite those to no longer require ACE with some effort. you are probably better off finding a non-ACE version from mbrdmn, Georg Ravioli, or Lord Shade (and many others) that do not require ACE.
make sure that if you have ACE Medical loaded, that it is enabled in DRO (this is default) and if you have ACE Advanced Fatigue loaded, that "stamina" is enabled. you can only disable these if the ACE modules are unloaded or you are not forcing the setting through a server-side cba_settings.sqf
