I took one of the common bug fixes of FAQ from the official Modern Warfare Base discord server:

If the guns are acting all weird and jittery, then you probably have one of these addons in your game. Disable other addons, until it fixes.

List of known trouble causers:

# Break weapon positions entirely:
* Custom FOV
* FOV Changer
* Smooth Camera
* ViewMod
* SaVaV Parkour Mod
* Garry's Fireworks 1.5
* Easy Hop (fix by setting easy_hop_effects 0 in console)
* Seat Weaponiser II

# Guns or attachments appear wacky:
* My Hands (any version)
* GM+
* Thirteen's Physgun Glow
* Advanced Colour Tool (Reupload)
* ArcCW/Phunbase MW2019 SWEPs (you REALLY should uninstall these)

Also, my recommendation is to play any maps that doesn't eat your FPS to the point where it goes below 10 or 20, as this problem tend to happen with MWB.

If all of these don't help or fix it, then it probably your PC's problem.

Every time I use this gun or any other of your mods it sends it my arms and gun forward and sends me to the shadow realms. How do I bloody fix it.

It's not a playermodel nor c_hands. It's "Modern Warfare 2019 SWEPS - Rigs" for use with Modern Warfare Base exclusively.

In the spawnmenu, go to Options > MW Options > Controls

And then assign your favorite keybinds in there. I hope that help! :)
