I can't seem to get this to work. I go to the file, I go to open it but I don't have 'VRF' or 'GCFScape' as an option. Do I seriously have to download an app for this?

Incorrect. Place this model and eg, Combine grunt on scene origin. Rotate if needed to align skeletons. Drag grunt over this model in element viewer. They are now linked and will follow the grunt's movements.

Cool and all but you cannot use it with animations from HL-Alyx, in other words it's impossible to use. Probably the only reason the parry god only used it once for a short time in his videos.

I know this might be a dumb question but I'm still new to this whole installation process - I've pulled the addons down and can drop them into S2FM just fine however they are simply red wireframes without any textures. What's going wrong here and, by extension, how do I fix it?

I don't know if this is just me, but it reminds of how the Clone Trooper Armor was transitioning to looking more and more like Storm Trooper Armor throughout the Clone Wars.

Also, just for the people who dont understand "Transition Period" it basically means that these were the soldiers they used when they were slowly reverting to the Combine Soldiers in Half-Life 2
