If you are concerned about the casting of Be'lakor and the glowing of Exalted Lord of Change. And if I find any new issues that can be fixed, I will add them.
However, the IE update will fix the Bloodthirster eyes, so hopefully the campaign will fix that too.
LoC's files overwrite the staff.
I was unsure about this, but since this mod is VFX bug fix mod, I will not include this fix.
I'm glad you liked it. I looked into this based on your suggestion. LOC's eyes and wings glowed during almost every action, but did not return to normal after the action was over. I had more difficulty than expected in resolving this issue, but it should now be successfully fixed.

Bloodthirster's eye could use Skarbrand's eye. But the others are not, so it is difficult.Sorry.
This should be compatible since the model has not been changed, only the VFX. However, as for the bull head model, we will have to try it out.

This is not a movie mod.
It seems that VFX mods work in WH3 even if they are not movie files.
