I can't see the link cause steam is suck but I knew what you want to tell.
I tried to create the "bird nose paint" of the Ukrainian Navy once before.
However, that was discontinued due to the original texture allocation(UV Mapping) and resolution.
This was partly due to the difficulty of creating it, but also because it didn't look good.
(You can see what the texture will be like around the nose by looking at the Qatar Air Force variation.)

It is difficult because the hard points for the dynamic pylon are not present in the TB2 3D model.
(To give a simple analogy, this is similar to the Drone "O_T_UAV_04_CAS_F" added to Apex DLC. That one also doesn't have a dynamic loadout.)
You will need to ask a developer from the TMT team to prepare this for you. And they probably won't create it.

It's not impossible to implement it as a config, but I won't do it because it won't apply the appearance.

Well... I also use TB2 (TMT mod) with 150 mods but My mod list has no such problems.
I have no idea your what mods are make problems to the TB2 pylon.
Some mods can break vanilla and inheriter config, so check if that included in your mod list.
This mod only provides retexturing to TB2. In other words, I'm not edit the config of original TMT TB2, so my mod is not the cause of that problems.
Look for mods that conflict with the TMT mod.
