There doesn't seem to be anything here that could affect the posters, try putting Wanted Posters Update at the very bottom of the list of mods in the launcher. If it doesn't help, you can try to install this version:

This is a nice little visual detail to bounties, if you get this get the "bounties galore" version too.

is there a good mod anyone recommends to fix all broken or missing bouties?

As someone who enjoys genesis and has spoken to atlas a few times, and believes he has a good feel for how he is as person, I thank you for helping to support his overhaul hack. These icons may be public domain, but with you and the author of the bounties galore mod. we can now have proper wanted images. This will help with immmersion and general feeling for the game alot. As an enjoy of his mod, I look forward very much to seeing yours within it. To be honest I'd have your mod too already my number of mods for kenshi is just so high already it is affecting performance, I thank you again. And wish you a very good week, month, and year.

Atlas, the icons are in the public domain, I'm glad that you include the mod in Genesis. Soon I will update the icon database thanks to the author of the Bounties Galore mod - Wanted Posters Update.
