for some reason, it doesn't stick to antlion workers. The flechette simply disappears once it connects with the worker's hitbox and deal 1 damage.

Yeah but it does this ♥♥♥ thing where the flechettes will occasionally get the player completely stuck. Like irreparably stuck not even the Crouch to get Unstuck mod will save you, you will just get held in place and drilled repeatedly until you die.
Stick with how flechettes work normally

can you make it so that we can change the damage reduction? like just make a multiplier so that anyone can change it however they like it, cause honestly it's a bit too much

You need to find half life source entity list and find how it's defined here like grenade_ar2 etc.

When a magnussion is on a strider the hunters shoot at it to destroy it, and since the mod allows flechettes to harm striders the hunters end up killing the strider, could you maybe add a config for this?
