Today most ex BN Units were Retired as BNSF was ordering more GEVO with their own numbers. So BNSF sold most of the ex BN Units to HLCX including 8070 today most HLCX ex BN Units were sold to different Railroads like Norfolk Southern for their order of SD40-2s. 8070 was sold to DGNO in Texas in 2016 were it's still in service today.
