I can spawn in the ragdoll for this, but it won't show up in the others section, can anybody explain?

i downlaoded it and i didnt found it at Q menu. even not in weapons nothing! PLEASE HELP

You probably have another version who I had given to so that she could update it herself and make her own on my behalf. You might've have this in a FastDL when joining a server with this guitar and it swapped the World model, but it's probably for the best because the guitar itself is inside of your chest due to un-jointed model structures incapable of recognising it.
