@Gilgamesh - If you activate it mid save it will start appearing in the world and is craftable, not sure about if the items appear as rewards after start but I *believe* they will but havent checked

@dizzy - When I was designing them I tried to balance them as slightly worse stats versions of modern tech parkas, dusters etc, with the one advantage being that you can make some of the cold-wear out of more durable and defensive materials and hides, I'll take a look and see if I got any values wrong but they shouldn't be any better than standard clothing
