@dudemeister, it did. The problem was on my end, I had the construction animation disabled and for some buildings it still did it, hence why it would show up as a vacant lot at first.

Hmm... thanks for bringing this up!! This may be because of it's set level (I believe it is 1). But, the recent game updates overrode several control mods that most folks subscribe to account for this. Currently, I use Advanced Building Level Control 1.2 to prevent upleveling https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2133705267

I *love* your victorian series. I'm having an issue, when I try and build them as soon as I place 'Midatlantic_victorian_27', the building disappears and it is replaced by a vacant lot. Do you know of any mod conflicts or anything that might cause this?

Just wanted to let you and other players know that if they have the same issue of duplication and only "midatlantic_victorian_27" being the only one you see ingame. So if you go to Dudemeister's uploads and find the (stand alone) versions, they work correctly and are awesome :) Thanks again Dudemeister for the effort mate

Hey all - hate the asset editor/sharing manager. I believe I added the standalone buildings. But, in case the duplicate error rbi mentioned still prevents the share, I'm uploading the standalones as separate assets. Sorry bout the confusion, and please let me know if this method works.

Hey @dudemeister I'm unfortunately experiencing the same issue as @andreworourke914 after some testing in-game where only the asset "midatlantic_victorian_27" is shown when searching for "Midatlantic" through Find-it.

awesome building dudemeister, but the game places it as a set of three (3) and causes a duplicate error. Try reintroduce these as single items and it should work.

Saw it on the homepage and thought "they, those look like houses on the North Shore here in Pittsburgh" and then I saw the city crest... love it. Great recreation.

Hmmm...it seems I only have midatlantic_victorian_27 which is the 4x1 lot. No luck with the others.

Love the asset and all of your contributions to the workshop. Question about the best way to use though. The 4x1 lot with small offsets between the buildings seems an odd choice. I was expecting 1x2 or maybe even 1x1 lots for growing and plopping, sort of like what's in the pictures. Is PO necessary to break the lot into it's component pieces or are there there other lot sizes I'm not seeing in Find It?
