@Zecnoram Hmm.. it still works for me, but I'll get the basic questions out of the way:

Do you have repentance?
Do you have the soundtrack mod?

Because both of those are needed for this mod to work, though sometimes other soundtracks can conflict with one another: Can you tell me what else you have in your mod list currently?

Fixed the volume issue with audacity, so now people can actually hear it now!

Yeah trying to see what I can do to increase the volume of the songs, it's funny cause this is the only OST I've had issues with the volume being low

The mod itself is great, the only "complaint" is that the volume is a bit too low cmpared to the original/other OSTs

you are a god, Warioland 4 was my first ever game and i still play it to this day (and modded/hacked version on emulators)

If the soundtrack isn't working; go to your steamapps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/mods then go find wario land 4 soundtrack_2794491287 and delete that then unsubscribe from the mod, let isaac unsubscribe the mod from the game and then reinstall the mod, hopefully that works!

I've been trying my best to find the final boss theme that's actually working but I'll see what I can do

this will combine greatly with the Wario noices and Wario apparition mod. U should put the final boss theme too
