Funny you mention Kairos having only Mountain as unpleasant (I searched it up and found the same on the wiki), that's actually reverse from how it was! Kairos found Chaos Wastes to be unpleasant, but Mountains to be pleasant! SOMETHING was doing SOMETHING, but I have no earthly idea what! I'm turning your mod on though, see if that maybe fixes it :V

Doesn't seem to be like that to me! Kairos should only have Mountain as unpleasant, and Ocean as Uninhabitable!

Look for another mod that edits campaign_group_members_tables; it may be that! Alternatively, if you know what a binary search is, you could bisect your mod list a few times to narrow it down rapidly! Best of luck :)

I have this mod deactivated, so it's definitely not your fault, I just wanted to ask what's going on with my game lmao. I fired up a game as Kairos, and Chaotic Wasteland is considered Unpleasant. By a CHAOS faction! What sense does that make? Was it always like this and I just forgot or something?

Interesting mod, but I feel the forces of chaos can expand rather quickly and unimpeded making them extremely OP. It would be cool if the climate suitability was tied in with their corruption mechanic. A region at 0% corruption would be detrimental to them, 25% would reduce these negative factors, 50% would make the climate neutral, 75% and higher would provide positive numbers. This would keep them in check, make corruption useful, and allow them to settle about anywhere. Some places like ulthuan, magical forests, etc. could be permanently detrimental though to keep in line with lore. Just my thoughts.

I think that if you take over a settlement, that's the point where it checks what climates you like, and then applies the debuff. If you load it into an existing save, you shouldn't have any issues for future conquests, but at that point the debuff is already active, so you'd have to abandon/resettle.

I'll have a look into a way to trim away that debuff for daemon factions! I can't promise anything, but fun > not fun

Just to clarify, are you adding this to a save game in progress? That would cause issues as you're describing.
