No, its can't conflict with any other addon.
Try to enable effect in post processing tab, if it also won't work, try changing the effect parameters

duration depending how much damage you got. But you can use it in post process tab when necessary.

This addon must to be on server, because it have main function only for server, anyway servers must have sv_allowcslua 1 and it disabled on almost all of them.
