I think it works well with The Ascendancy since they can reach a potter fairly easily for the bricks and "geographically" they're the "closest" to the dutch in the game (as in, western/mainland european)
Any kingdom can probably use it just fine though, because some of the stuff is very end-game (like Marble windows) so by the time you can build these, you'll probably have all professions anyway. It's **definitely not** an early game building set.
It was a problem on ACE's side, apparently - the stable release didn't include a wall pattern that I made for it while working on the set. I sneak-fixed this on the Frostfeast activation update on ACE last night, so after your ACE gets updated, it should now work! :)

It's a WIP in the sense that it doesn't include all the buildings needed to be a proper pack, only 4 workshops... But the buildings it does include are done and functional
As long as you have all the mods listed on the right under "Required Items" it should work fine.
Tho are they suppose to work or not? Or is it possible that the reason is Ace?
