@luminou: Remember that if you think you're being offered something that is too good to be true, don't fall for it. That's one of many ways how people get scammed. But thank goodness your account has been restored and it's great to have you back here in the community after all the trouble you went through for the past several days.

This is not a hack, I was scammed...
Thanks to my CS contacts the account could be blocked quickly, I thank them
Big thank you especially to the Steam support teams who reacted quickly and were able to regulate my account!
@osarak63: only one rule, if you encounter a problem, only contact Steam support and nothing else !

As of the beginning of this month, luminou's account has been finally restored and returned back to normal, as confirmed in his Twitter profile. It appears some stupid internet identity thief hacked his account and tried to sell away his information. Steam and luminou had to block his account for a few days until April Fool's Day had passed and his account restored to his usual state. If this was an early April Fool's joke by the intended hacker, it sure wasn't a funny one.

@luminou: I personally suggest that you make a more complex and secure password as well as updating your account options to prevent such disturbances from occurring against you again in the future.

Uh oh, luminou's account has been hacked by some internet identity thief. I hope luminou can resolve that issue and change his own personal password to something more secure and complex. :(
