@Froig Do you have the Ideology DLC? I forgot to add it as a requirement. Sorry. :(
If you do have it, they should be at the styling station where the rest of the tattoos are. Your pawns might complain if the tattoos aren't ones allowed by their ideology. You can edit an existing ideology to add them in as acceptable by turning on dev mode and then clicking the edit button that appears in your ideology tab.
@Leon I'm not sure I'd consider it an outright ♥♥♥♥ mod. It adds details but no naughty bits. Like Sauce said, I'm just trying to show these still work with body re-textures.
