@Santy sadly not, this is not yet a feature in IMT. You can however use Ctrl+Shift+B to apply the current markings to a whole street. copy pasting helps too i guess

Can't you climb the roads already with the marks made? because I like the distribution of lanes, but having to make lanes for each segment is not to my liking.
