The last Quest he Appears in is "Trouble in the Homefront" he is with Amata's Rebel Group Against the Overseer, Butch will Leave the Vault looking to make a new Gang in the Wasteland.
You can Get him as a Companion after the Quest, he can be found in Rivet City's Rudder Mudder (only with Neutral Karma), he has a Unique Weapon called "Butch's Toothpick" it's a Unique varient of the Switchblade, Butch may Pick up a Weapon from Dead enemies replacing his Toothpick temporarily.
if he Dies he drops an Ear (only with the Contrct Killer Perk)

His next Appearence is in "Escape!" he asks the Lone wanderer to Help him save his Mother Ellen from some Radroaches, If the Player Helps him you get a Tunnel snake Jacket, the Player can Deny Help or Maybe Give Butch a Weaponso he fights the Roaches Himself.

he then later appears in the quest "future Imperfect" as a 16-Year-Old Teenager harrasing the Character of Amata Amaldover with his Gang the Protagonist can Help Amata by Convicing (or Figthing) the Tunnel snakes to leave her alone or he can join in the Harrasment.

Butch Deloria one of the Member of the Tunnel Snake Gang and Companion in the Video Game Fallout 3 (2008) his First Appearence is in the Quest "Growing Up" as a 10-Year-Old Boy talking with his Gang Reprised of Him, Wally Mack and Paul Hammon Jr.
