If anyone is interested, while this was originally an office building, it is has now been converted to (expenisve) condos/apartments. Just for anyone who might want to adjust RICO settings to reflect real life.

love it, not a lot of LA buildings on the workshop, let alone art deco. something about LA art deco i love, is the use of this bluish-green terra cotta.
