Ulimately im not playing SE any more, havent played in over a year - so if you wanted a script making it would be on commison basis (£15 per hour of work) Id really rather not get into that though so please ask around for scripts as im sure some one has one that will do this.
Id recommend joining a discord that plays SE to ask around, ARMCO is an obvious choice (see streamers w4stedspace and captain shack on twitch or the xp gamers on YT.
There is also the starcore community who are on both.

The script behave well when the launcher is bigger than the missile.
After spliting grids (on launch), the script takes the biggest grid as reference to compute direction.
Also... CURSE YOU DANKSTAR! ;)
1. Have run vanila space engineers with vanilla Missile script incase it was grid ai brakeing the script but this still works
2. Have Saved world with working setup and added Weaponcore:2.4 and Medpex
Collection 1: Missile sill flys in off in unexpected direction then striaght: 2 Points of intrestet i noted:
1. When checking code get this warningProgram(97,21):Warning:the field
"Program.TemporaryTarget" is never used
2. I dont get the locked on sound from weaponcore turrets through sound block when locked
but but instead get it when i push the fire command
Any thoughts you have that may help are appreciated as my c knoledge is next to none :-) Thankyou again
Thankyou so much for the responce though will try to get to the bottom of it futher once ive experimented with the new ai blocks some more :-)
i dont think the maxwell is classed as a turret
If the radar is a 'weapon core turret' then it should work as a seeker.
