Additionally, if you try to kill all the enemies in the caves, they will just respawn for some reason and destroy you anyways (for some reason they can't be stopped).
To solve this, I'd recommend setting the maximum population cap to 75, giving a stronger hero with a healing special (renglief is pretty cool) and more starting units to reach the medusa cave with. This would make early game easier for people who don't know how to abuse the AI while giving the late-game some substance with small army numbers. Choosing a more balanced army to adventure with is stronger than minotaur/toxotes with proxy bases as you go.

1. I will change the minotaurs, lessen their numbers and change the victory condition.
2. The Roc transport appears after you defeat the desert kings in the Land of the Dead (if memory serves).
3. Condition for the alliance is to defeat the other, so if you want to take the Norse lands and units as your own, defeat the Greeks. Everything!
I'll get to makiing the changes and upload a new version asap. Likely this week. I'll pop a note up when it's done.
