First of all, don't be a complete ass to the creator of something because you wish something to be done to it. Being like that isn't gonna get you anywhere in life, so don't do it on the steam community. Secondly, there are ways to get the CS:S textures without having the game. You are free to use google to look up how to do this, but for now, here's a youtube video showing you how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6fg5-rq4cE
