In stormworks you need weight to go fast. Battle cannon barrels weigh slightly more than weight blocks (40 in three blocks as opposed to 30 in three blocks) and they dont take up any fuel space.

@Yeetlazar Thank you for reporthing this issue.The J108 uses a distance sensor to prevent the gear from coming up when the plane is on the ground, this sensor could be blocked by installing a fuel tank on the center pylon. I have updated the plane to fix this issue.

Idk if this is purposeful but if i attach a pylon attachment (the 930L tank this case) underneath the j 108 shrike, the gear wont come up
Whats up with that? Ill do some more testing to see if its just the tank or other pylons/loadouts
