Anyone having issues with dealing damage, I found the problem!

It conflicts with "Tried to use a NULL CTakeDamageInfo! Fixer" which conflicts with this mod's weapon damage. You're gonna have to choose between the two.

open console, type "sv_cheats 1", then type "thirdperson"

For those who are confused on my it shows up as a pistol, I think it's because the blade does not render in first person, so the best course of action is to download a third person camera mod to get the full effect. And in case if you are acoustic like me the "walk button" is the alt key

why animations dont work?help me

so, I've done everything I could think of but the animations are broken, yes I'm in thirdperson but it's using the default crowbar animations, the block and falling animations work but any and all attack animation are the default crowbar/stunstick attack animations

i know the mod hasnt been updated for a year but do you think you could replace the sword model with the muramasa?

I must admit, that despite the problems, this mod seems quite excellent to me, it can block attacks, the combos although limited are quite functional, better than other mods that I have tried, the only bad thing is that the character's animations is bugged, when you have no weapons, the character keeps playing the muramasa animations, it would be great if you could solve it ;)

been happening to be too for months now

I've downloaded all of the requirements, disabled every mod (And I mean every single one, not even playermodels were left enabled) and I am using third person, yet the animations are still just crowbars.

Has anyone managed to figure this out yet?

i have uninstalled all the new addons i had gotten before this issue i disabled evreything that was causeing errors and yet i still have the exact same problem so i dont think i have anything that i have which is causeing it

yeah, for some reason the mod's animations arent working properly. hopefully the dev will fix soon

Only basic slash animations seem to work, the walk does too but no kicks or any other attacks have actual animations

you need 3rd person to see it and the animations (read the description lol)

why is the murasama just a gun?

Much like the other WoS animated weapons, this has great potential! I love using pac3 to replace the weapon model with a weapon prop of choice.

I wish someone could remake this using the actual muramasa model
