The 1212 AD Team is in search for help, so the mod can make more progress. They have like a discord channel where you can offer your help. Even without any modding knowledge, your help is appreciated.
(Learning the necessary things is possible without much effort).

- I will not do anything until the MK1212 and MK1380 campaigns are completely finished and I will not make any updates. I have 4 submods and it takes a lot of time to make and process them.

- I need 5 people who are knowledgeable about the mods to finish the 4 submods as fast as possible. These 5 people will only help to process the submods. If there is no one to help me to process these four submods, it will take me months to process my mods."

before The model pack 9 update awhile back this mod or the other mod that goes with this added a ton of units to the game for each faction. And im guessing it was this one. But They are just busy atm?
was one of the best mods. Made factions like sweden and saxony worth playing. ughhh

Almohads crash permanently around turns 25-28. Previous saves are unload-able as well.

There's this issue with Islamic factions from this mod, where tons of Islamic faction mercenaries when selected and purchased, are all Persian Spearmen. Really weird.

Hey man there is a mod named: Factionwide Military Upgrades [oudated]

This is the description: This mods makes the bonuses for military upgrade buildings like blacksmith, armoury, carpenter etc. factionwide. Because surely if you can ship trading goods through the whole map it should be possible to distribute weaponry in your own provinces? Works for all settled factions Save game compatible Works for all campaigns You can find an alternative version that includes hordes & camps here:

would it be alright to patch it for now as the 1212 mod has some long pause between updates and with your permission and im willing to give it a try may i give it a go got some free time thats all i was saying up to you dont mind looking at it i got some late night sleeping probs at the moment get bored so like some focus

there is just an unlock for the units if you dont want the recruitment, heads up though im now in a england play threw and foot knights are now grey i think ill just fire up pack manger and mod it my self to work and clear it with snoopy once im done, use to mod this anyway its just time thats an issue

it bugged me so im trying it now got no joy with old order but no population for army mod seems to open some get back to you

in my load order for some strange reason if i used the no capped unit mod for 1212 some open up you can find it in search if you type cap give it a go not saying it will will work for you and i am running a different load order at the moment, i will give it a go tonight to see if i can replicate it again post back with load order after results

I think the problem is he didn't add the right type of population for some of the units, making them impossible to buy

Hey @snoopy, thanks for an amazing mod! I try to hire the merc units on the first turn and it doesn't allow it. They appear in the merc tab and everything but they just wont be added to my army when i click buy. Is there some sort of system in place that does not allow you to get these units on the first turns?

there is no conflict with another mod in campaign as they do not exist in campaign only in custom, i have test mod numerous times in various load order configurations they do not seem to implement or show in any building chains.

playing as Hungary and most mercenaries are not hirable ...there's no population in their cards,could be that the problem or what?
