I'm not changed parameters of weapons and npcs. Citizen Package and Citizen Suitcase also avalible in Half-Life 2 and you can give it with give weapon_citizenpackage and give weapon_citizensuitcase

There is a small problem with the Citizen Package & the Citizen Suitcase when you get them there mestup. Still I really like the rest of the weapons/npcs.
