I've discovered that this doesn't play well with "Transport Lines Manager 14.5". When both are active, several (the number seems to be different every time I try it) invisible "partial" trams spawn. They always seem to have 1/3 the capacity of the intended vehicle, never move, and appear to count against the number of vehicles on the line. They typically appear at the depot but I've had instances where they appear in some random spot nowhere near the line. Also once had issues with spawning trams just going to the other depot spawn point and despawning. Just weird stuff.

Deactivating reversible trams seems to prevent this behavior. It doesn't appear to happen with IPT2 though, which makes me think the culprit may be somewhere in TLM.

@grande.petterso I've seen this happen also. Here are a few things to try, they usually work for me. First, make sure the crossover node is long enough for the entire tram to fit in it. Second, make sure the station track is at least 10 units long. Third, delete the station segment and redraw it starting from where you want the crossover node. These have usually worked for me. Good luck.

@GrumpyDumpy Broken how? I just used it to test if the new trams had correctly configured headlights when they reversed. They don't, which is a big disappointment, but the reversing function worked fine for me.

@sway I made a picture [i.ibb.co] for better understanding. The trams swarm out at the depot and the choose the stops themself. But they only can reach stop 1, 2, 8, 7, 6 without reversing. The stops 3, 4, 5, 10 and 9 are not reachable, so the trams that want to go there get stuck in the depot.

@Sotrax I've seen this issue when I've laid out a tram route but, after that, inadvertently used TM:PE to disable access to the route by using lane forcing and forgot to allow access to the route. I'd check all the road/tram track junctions and clear any lane forcing on tram lanes.

Are you using any other traffic mods because I cannot replicate this issue. I have ipt2 and tmpe

It's the thing that allows trains to switch between 2 tracks in real world. You don't "need" it because it is purely for aesthetics in this game, but most people would want it. Just use clus' tracks

When creating a new line and the trams leave the depot, a vanilla behaviour is that they choose different stops on the line to start their duty and you can't control which stop they choose. However, if the stop is only accessable after using a bidirectional tram track, they simply just get stuck in the depot. Since one can't really control that behavior and where trams start, I got several trams stuck, sitting in the depot doing nothing.

Yes this mod does not include any reversible end track. You need to get those tracks by yourself. In the demo video I was using this track for testing:

This asset is only meant for testing as it looks bad and doesn’t have a cross switch. Just take a look at the clus collection and pick the tracks you like

this mod doesn't modify tram spawning so maybe check your other traffic related mods. I prefer IPT2 than TLM so this mod is less tested with TLM.

I love this mode, but I have an issue with tram spawning. Some trams spawn with half the capacity and get stuck. I used the IPT2 mod to remove those broken trams, but I would like to switch to TLM. Is there any other fix for this issue?

Important Notice:

The current version of this mod is confirmed to be incompatible with the next game update. The compatibility fix is ready but I don't know the actual release date of the next game update, and I probably won't be able to upload the fixed version immediately after the game update due to my own schedule.
