resize the wing to make it smaller until it stops climbing. i limited the speed for a reason

How do I make it faster without it crashing into the ceiling? I tried adding thrusters, adding more proppellers and it worked at making it faster but it climbs up so fast even though I'm not pitching up. The fix to only move at a straight line is to pitch down the plane to a 45 degree angle but that looks very weird for an airplane
