@joshuascartown click on traffic manager, click on junction restrictions, click the intersection, click the "enter blocked junction" button on directions you want to allow to enter the blocked junction.

The middle part is passable, but not functional，
If there is a traffic jam ahead, the vehicle will not drive to the middle. Cars only pass the middle part if green light ahead.

@Triggerhappy Its a highway interchange. There are better (smaller) options for intersection alternatives. Check out Vanilla Overpass.

Is there a way to make this work with just surface streets and no highways? Does the center intersection need that much space to work?
