To everyone:

This asset has been updated with the following changes:
- Fixed the overall coloring. Now the facade looks brighter and more white instead of being too dark.
- Changed the rico level from level 3 to 5.
- Changed the thumbnail, snapshot and tooltip.

Recommended Visual Mods:
Map Theme - Laviante / Bermuda / Solstice
Relight Mod - Adjust Brightness and Gamma to Higher Values
LUT - Relight 2 Lush / Relight Vintage

Trident 4 block is very widely used in Hong Kong for new Estates when late 1980s to early 1990s, before the successor Harmony Block launch, it remain using the staircase separate to Lift Lobby, placed in the middle of each Wing. The spaces of opposite beside of the staircase will become as apartment area/a new apartment unit.
Due to the staircase separate to Lift Lobby, it is a security problem that non-resident can reach the housing block, so HA install a fire-escape door to close the staircase entry at G/F, only operate when emergency.Trident 4 also provide fixed AC window platform like Trident 3 does

Before 1998, some Estate's Trident 4 blocks have particular design to reach the Kai Tak Approch flight path height limit, such as the central roof structure re-design and reduce to 30-floor for two blocks in Tung Tau Estate and normal roof structure but only 23-floor block for two blocks in Lei Cheng Uk Estate.

Some amazing work here! Hope that more HK stuff will hit the workshop although I don't personnally use it ;)
