Well, good luck, unfortunately can't help, but you can try removing a few mods at a time and loading save, see if it stops.

I have a big problem.
Great Generals spawn non-stop.

I have only JFD and Tomatekh kinda mods.

What can cause this damn bug? Any clues?:isaac:

Ctrekoz, I'm not certain why that occurs. I have it with other mods, as well. You can try clicking on v.10 and then hitting unsubscribe. I think that will remove it.

As it is, it won't, splash screens are building specific. However, splash screens could be added for other buildings, but finding decent art can sometimes be difficult.

I've noticed that occasionally mods take a little while to unpack. When you're on the mod screen, give it a minute or two, usually a "transferring file" indication will show (just for a moment). If that doesn't work, you can check for the .civ5mod file in your mods folder and extract the files with 7-zip or similar program. Let me know how it goes.
