these are just fantastic and yeah, i edited them in RICO to be low density homes and they definitely look very out of place next to other low density homes. great assets and absolutely necessary for adding diversity to green cities residentials

Thanks so much for adding to the diversity in the self-sufficient housing types. It has been pretty sparse until now! One question: why are these high density? The Green Cities DLC has a lot of very tall apartment buildings and these townhouses are relatively low. On the other hand, these are more (suburban) houses rather than rural, if that is what you intend with high density..

I understand that you want this function, however a non DLC version would be nice for people that dont have the DLC but still would like to use your work. Is there a way I or you could convert it to a normal residential building?
