Be sure you're loading the track in a new game or a save as an environment mod or that system will not work.

Check to be sure steam has completed downloading it and maybe try restarting your game. I just checked and it shows up fine under my workshop addons.

@Phil: 3x3 wheels can be adjusted to whatever size you like. Editing grip values is cheating. You don't need to do that to make a car that can handle well. @dragonloard: Watch the tutorial. @BenTender: Try some cars from my workshop. I also have a collection of my favorite cars from others, but it's a little old.

I will attempt no passing over kerb. For the 4 3x3 wheels class 1, can they be put to size 2 with the slider? What about XML like grip value?
