Once you've placed one of these you could use Seat Site (Prop) and Seat Site (Park), both of which are in ManuRamos's Workshop, to make working seating positions in these sitting areas.

BBB sent me here. Well sent is a nice way. He lured me in with his voice, tied me up with his words, and dropped me off here at the start square in front of your stuff. And after a sufficient case of Stockholm syndrome, I came here to get your props to add to my name map. Great work. I love widgets

@HeadKillah Oh trust me I would LOVE to but the game crashes even with no mods enabled every time I try and save anything in the asset editor. I've tried making my own intersections, building edits and the like, all that work but the moment I try and save it the game hangs then crash. So yes I am fully aware how easy it is, the ability to DO it however is a frustrating ordeal.
