Normally, if you use enchantment points, the game will lock 4 enchantments, but the fourth enchantment will always be Reinforced (which is a useless enchantment).

This mod allows you to actually replace the Reinforced enchantment with a 4th of your choosing. This can be done through the game normally, but it depends heavily on RNG, and it involves a lot of trial-and-error (because you have to play with percentages and probabilities). This mod simplifies the process.
