I'm having issues with this. I've used GMAD and extracted it into my addons folder so now the path is addons/Mad_Moxxi/

In my jobs file the code is

models "models/player_moxxi.mdl",

which should work fine..... I go into the server and in the F4 menu the icon is not there its just blank, not even an error.... i've deleted the materials/spawnicons/ folder, restarted the server and the F4 menu icon is still blank...

Even if I go into the spawnmenu the icon for Moxxi is blank? ....

On multiplayer the model is invisible once thats fixed I'll change my rating from thumbs down to thumbs up (I added it to my Pointshop and its invisible)

The view appears from there as well when you play Stop It Slender.

Could you possible make the crimson lance ragdoll into a playermodel, i know one already exists, but the creator refuses to remove the outline, and the outline makes them look too cartoonish in my opinoin

@Dylan, I don't believe so, you can try deleting and re-adding but it shouldn't effect it.
Do you get any errors in the Console when you equip her?
